Wenhai Ning 寧文海
Wenhai Ning (b. 1999, China) is an artist based in London. He obtained an MA in Painting from the Royal College of Art in 2023. Using the concept of the Chinese five elements as a metaphor, his practice incorporates materials such as soil, tree bark, sand, and others to delve into the natural world and reimagine its signs. This exploration fosters spiritual connections between beings and the natural world, while also unveiling the memory and evoking profound resonance.
