Inspired by the stunning coastal scenery of Pak Sha Wan in Sai Kung, renowned artist Joanne Chan presents a collection of brand-new works crafted in her signature style of layered colors. The exhibition showcases over 30 paintings, thoughtfully arranged across three unique sections of “WHITESAND COVE”: “Whisper of Nature”, “Artful Living” and “Eternal Bloom”. Each section tells a distinct story, drawing visitors into an immersive journey celebrating the harmony between nature and artful living.

Ms. Helen Fung, Sales Director of Chinachem Group, remarked in her speech: “Sai Kung is blessed with a stunning natural environment, often regarded as the city’s backyard paradise. “WHITESAND COVE” enjoys a prime location overlooking the pristine Pak Sha Wan Bay, with views that extend to the lush mangrove ecological reserve and the vibrant yacht club, offering a truly rare and layered visual experience in the area. We are delighted to collaborate with 3812 Gallery and partner with artist Joanne Chan, who draws profound inspiration from nature. Her evocative works, inspired by the picturesque surroundings of the project, transform our show flats into a gallery space, seamlessly blending life, art, and the natural world into one harmonious experience.”

Agnes Wu, Gallery Manager & Head of Operations of 3812 Gallery, delivers a speech during the Opening Ceremony of “The Nature’s Palette” on 3 April 2025.

Ms. Fung further added: “In recent years, new developments in the Pak Sha Wan area of Sai Kung have become increasingly rare, with waterfront projects being even more exclusive and sought-after. Shortly after the launch of the tender for “WHITESAND COVE”, Villa  No. 5 was sold for an impressive HKD 62.38 million, achieving a record-breaking price of HKD 28,400 per square foot. This reflects the exceptional appeal of the project’s location and quality. By hosting “THE NATURE’S PALETTE” exhibition at this development, we hope not only to attract art enthusiasts to appreciate these remarkable works but also to allow visitors to experience the serene and leisurely lifestyle offered here, along with the meticulous craftsmanship and prestigious design that make this project truly unique.”
